Tickets MUST be purchased in advance via our ticketing website. No tickets will be sold at our entrance gate.

The Staten Island Zoo Spooktacular maintains the following practices and procedures:
  • Spooktacular runs rain or shine! No refunds or exchanges
  • Entrance and Exit on Clove Rd only. Our Broadway gate will remain closed.
  • Attractions follow a one-way walkthrough around the Zoo’s 8-acre campus
  • Tickets are limited and timed, staggered every half an hour. 
  • Attendees should arrive NO MORE than 10-minutes before their scheduled entrance time.
  • Light snacks and grab & go foods will be available for purchase
  • Costumes are welcomed! Come dressed in your best.
