CELEBRATE THE FALL EQUINOX MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 23
with

and Gong Bath
from 5:00PM to 6:30PM

at the Zoo’s Bamboo Forest
under the spreading Cherry Tree

Root down and rise up with this slow flow yoga practice for the Fall Equinox.

WHAT IS THE FALL EQUINOX?
The Autumnal Equinox recognizes the symmetry between light and darkness, as Mother Nature establishes equilibrium between both day and night. This is your invitation to turn toward the light within. Use this opportunity to surrender to your inner gravity, ask difficult questions and listen deeply for what arises. Get curious as you dive into the darkness.
Following the practice, participants will receive many healing benefits from the vibration of a Gong Sound Bath, including reducing stress, releasing tension and emotional blocks in the body, opening up the heart, & upgrading your nervous system.

Items participants need to bring:
Yoga Mat, Yoga props you regularly use,
Blanket, and Water

Dress in comfortable exercise clothing.
Open to all levels.
