Admission Tickets

Current Zoo members and non-members should purchase tickets using the General Admissions button below. For discounted tickets, see additional guidelines, requirements, and a list of what to bring with you for verification at our admissions gate.

Notice: The Zoo’s Broadway entrance is currently CLOSED. Use the Zoo’s Clove Road entrance located at 705 Clove Rd, SINY, 10310.

The Staten Island Zoo no longer participates in the Cool Culture program. 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or rescheduling options. Due to capacity restrictions, we must adhere to the ticketing policies which were stated prior to purchase. This includes the terms and conditions and acknowledgement that all sales are final. There are no revisions for credit, refunds, rescheduling, exchanges, or cancellations. If you purchased general admission tickets, and cannot make your reserved day, we recommend sharing your tickets with a friend or family member to use. Tickets are transferable!

General Admissions

For current Zoo members and those looking to book single day Zoo tickets (non-members).

Zoo members will need their membership card and photo ID for verification at our admissions gate upon arrival. 

Urban Advantage Voucher Admissions

Using your UA voucher for  Zoo admissions? Great! View our Urban Advantage page below.

Your redeemed Urban Advantage voucher (print or digital) will be required while processing your admission reservations. 

ConEdison Employees

Discounts available for currently employed ConEdison personnel.

Your currently active ConEdison issued employee ID card will be required for verification at our admissions gate upon arrival. 

Active Duty Military Or Reserve Service Members

Are you currently serving as either active duty or reserve with the U.S. military? We thank you for your service.

Your military issued Common Access card will be required for verification at our admissions gate upon arrival.
